Tenderized pieces of calamari that have been marinated in egg white, soy sauce and wine are passed through a hot-oil wok and set aside. To this wok and bamboo shoots, onion, hat garlic sauce, bell peppers and Brandy's curry sauce, re-enter calamari and toss for a few minutes until done.
