Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

Eggplant, zucchini, red and green onions, red or yellow peppers with mozzarella. Prepared with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, shredded carrots, mayonnaise and whole grain Dijon mustard. Choice of wheat or sourdough bread.
