Twelve hour braised duroc pork finished in our famous Caribbean jerk. Served on a bed of seasoned basmati rice, with a scoop of garbanzo beans, choice of meat, some fresh veggies and recipe of pickled carrots, seasonal fruit chutney, spicy herb chutney, straus family yogurt, and tangy tamarind reduction.
