Seasoned chunks of beef wrapped in a giant flour tortilla fried golden crisp, covered with sour cream, melted jack cheese and topped with guacamole. Served with Spanish rice, refried beans, homemade chips, special salsa, garnishes and a hot tortilla (upon request).
