This classic creme brulee is a rich and creamy baked custard topped with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon. We will caramelize the sugar topping before delivery. The creme brûlée will keep in the refrigerator for two to three hours before the sugar topping starts to dissolve. Enjoy!
