We take a fresh egg based won-ton shells stuffed with diced green onions, cream cheese, and crab meat imitated, and lightly salted all mixed, then wrapped and deep fried until its golden brown, in frying oil that is vegetable based, free of trans fats and no cholesterol, then served with our special home made on location fresh sweet and sour sauce, and hot mustard.
