Beef tongue cooked to perfection in a hot molcajete bowl with sauteed onions, poblano peppers, 2 blocks of cheese a cactus leaf, chiles toreados, and Cambray onions, covered with tomatillo salsa Verde. Served with rice, beans, salad, and tortillas.
