Vegetable Phyllo

A delicate blend of fresh vegetables, sunflower seeds and cheddar, wrapped in a light pastry dough and baked until golden brown. Served with organic brown and wild rice, vegetables, fresh whole grain bread and a garden salad. Vegetarian.
