In both recipe & spirit, the bam bam amber is our own take on a traditional scotch export ale. Restrained hop additions let the six different grains shine through giving a sweet, roasted malt profile w/ a hint of biscuit. We���ve utilized mt. Hood hops, known for their delicate wood spice, to add just the right touch of complimentary bitter. Brewer ���bam bam��� gives this beer two broken thumbs up!
