Yum Woon Sen (spicy Clear Noodle Salad)

A wonderful clear noodle salad with calamari, shrimp, red and green onion, cilantro crushed peanuts and tossed with chili paste and limejuice. Served on a bed of green leaf. Chili paste is used in this dish, which is a little spicy.
